At Jamaica Blue we pride ourselves on offering fine coffees! We spend much of our time not only sourcing the best beans but roasting them to perfection and training our skilled baristas (coffee makers) to serve you a perfect cup every time.

We are constantly looking for new ways to expand our great coffee range, so we are excited to introduce a new blend of coffee into our stores. But we thought we’d tell you a little about all three of our exclusive blends to the next time you are ordering your perfect cup you can choose the best blend for you!

All our coffee undergoes expert blending. Our blending delivers:

Consistently even roasting
Uniform development of flavour

World-Class roasting

We have the most advanced roasting facility in the southern hemisphere. After expert roasting, the beans are cooled and stored for three to four days to allow them to stabilise and breathe. Once they’ve developed full flavour they are carefully packaged and sent directly to each of our cafes!
