We are looking to fill several positions:
Jamaica Blue Store Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused store manager who will be responsible for supervising, motivating and training staff to ensure the highest standards of operations and maintaining overall profitability of the store.
Ideally you are self-motivated and flexible with hands on approach to problem solving and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. You have extensive knowledge and experience in all aspects of retail food or hospitality operations including
- Managing KPIs
- Rostering
- Sales building
- Stock control
- Staff recruitment, selection, and training
- Understanding the importance of meeting sales targets and operational deadlines
- Computer skills (Internet/e-mail, Word and Excel).
This is permanent, salaried position and training in Jamaica Blue systems is provided. Commencement date is 1st October 2008 so apply now!
Team Members
We have part-time and casual positions available. These roles entail of variety of duties:
- Coffee making
- Customer Service
- Cash handling
- Food preparation
Experience in these areas will be highly regarded but is not essential because full training will be provided. We are open seven day so please indicate your availabilities on your application.

We have two full-time positions available:
Barista
We have three Arabica coffee blends and we need your great barista skills to make our store the best coffee venue in the centre!
Food Preparation/Cook
We have an exciting contemporary new menu so we need your experience in creating quality food and eye for detail to fill our cabinets with simply beautiful food.
Our store will be open Monday-Sunday and Thursday nights so please indicate your availabilities on your application. The store opens on 9th September so apply now!
